Limited One-Year Manufacturer Warranty – International

At FOXFINE, we care deeply about your experience. That’s why we proudly offer a one-year limited warranty to support your purchase, giving you peace of mind as you enjoy the benefits of our sound machines.


What’s Covered

This warranty covers any defects in materials or craftsmanship under normal use, for one year from the date of purchase, for products bought directly from FOXFINE or authorized sellers within the U.S. or Canada.


If something isn’t working as it should - and it’s not due to misuse or accidental damage - we’ll replace your item once at no cost for the product itself.


What’s Not Covered

We want to be clear - the warranty doesn’t apply if:


The product was purchased from an unauthorized reseller


There’s damage from drops, water, rough handling, or improper charging


The device was used outside North America with an incompatible power supply


The product label was removed or altered


The product shows signs of misuse, tampering, or neglect


How to Make a Warranty Claim

Contact us at support@foxfine.com within 30 days of noticing the issue.


Include:


Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)


A photo of the bottom of the device


Our Customer Experience team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.


Please note: Shipping costs for returns and replacements are the responsibility of the customer.


Additional Notes

All FOXFINE products must be used and cleaned according to the instructions provided.


Any implied warranties (if applicable) are limited to one year.


We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages, such as property loss or business interruption.
