9. International Use of the Site This Site is hosted in Canada. Additionally, we may process your Personal Information in the United States and China for the purposes outlined in this Notice. Please note that your personal information is being transferred to, stored, collected, or processed in Canada, the United States, and China, where our data center and servers are located and where we operate.

10. Children’s Privacy We do not knowingly collect or solicit Personal Information from children under 16. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Information from a child, we will promptly take steps to delete that information. Notice to California Residents This section applies to our collection and use of Personal Information if you are a resident of California, as required by the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 and its implementing regulations, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA”), where “Personal Information” has the definition outlined in the CCPA. Verification: We must verify your identity before fulfilling your requests. If we cannot initially verify your identity, we may request additional information to complete the verification process. We will only use Personal Information provided in a request to confirm the requestor’s identity. Suppose you are an authorized agent requesting on behalf of a California consumer. In that case, we will also need to verify your identity, which may require proof of your written authorization or evidence of a power of attorney.

We strive to respond to requests within the period required by applicable law. We will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing if we need more time.

We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If the request warrants a fee, we will explain the reason and provide a cost estimate before completing your request.

We cannot respond to your request or provide personal information if we cannot verify your identity and confirm that the personal information relates to you. Making a verifiable consumer request does not require creating an account with us.

We may deny specific requests or fulfill some in part, as permitted or required by law. For example, if you request to delete Personal Information, we may retain Personal Information that we need to keep for legal purposes.
