About Return

1. Cancel Order

We can only cancel the order before the product is shipped, and once the order is canceled you will get a full refund. Please note, once the product is already shipped out, then we can’t cancel the order for you, please understand.

2. Product Return

You can only return the products unconditionally within 7 days from the day you received the package only if the below situations are satisfied:

  • The original package is unopened and intact, and also the product is not used;
  • You need to return the full package including the gifts;
  • You need to cover the shipping fee for returning the product;
  • You need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase from our official website for us to complete your return;
  • Products that are marked as clearance prices cannot be returned for a refund
3. Please note, important!
  • You can only return the products within 7 days from the day you received the package, and overdue requests will not be processed;
  • The returned product should be unused and in the unopened and intact original package. We do not accept returned products that are worn, damaged, cleaned, or altered in any way;
  • Please return the gifts along with the package;
  • Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts can’t be returned;
  • Please make sure to double-check your returned products before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non-Foxfine products;
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, which means the cost of order shipping will be deducted from your refund;
  • We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper return requests. Please Email US  to get the return address before you return the products, and then allow up to 48 hours for a response to your question.
About Exchange
1. Product Exchange

Once the duration exceeds 7 days from the day you received the package, you can’t apply for unconditional return anymore. Yet, you can apply for the exchange for a new product for quality reasons verified by us within 30 days from the day you received the package.

For a quicker verification of the quality problem, please provide the info as below when you contact us:

  • your order number from our official website;
  • a clear video or photo that shows the specific problem;
  • a specific description of the problem;
  • please Email US with all the info listed above to our customer service center.

2. Exchange Coverage
We only replace products when they are defective or damaged due to poor quality, but will not be damaged due to mishandling or rough use.

For example, unauthorized disassembly/repair/modification, or damage caused by liquids such as water entering the product, the above cases will not be replaced.

3. About the shipping fee

Please Note: The shipping fee and tax are non-refundable.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, which means the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
